Victor Tsang to head CreateHK

Victor Tsang has been appointed as the Head of Create Hong Kong (CreateHK) following an open recruitment exercise, the Government announced today.

The appointment will take effect from November 1.

Permanent Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development (Communications & Creative Industries) Eliza Lee said: "Mr Tsang has extensive experience of working in the creative industries, particularly in the design sector. He has sound professional skills and proven management abilities, and a strong background in talent-nurturing for creative industries.

 "I am confident that Mr Tsang will be able to lead CreateHK to help further the development of the creative industries in Hong Kong."  

Mr Tsang has pursued a career in the creative sector for more than 30 years, including working as PMQ Executive Director.
