I&T chief to attend cyber summit

Secretary for Innovation & Technology Nicholas Yang will leave for Wuzhen, Zhejiang tomorrow for the 6th World Internet Conference.

Co-hosted by the Cyberspace Administration of China and the People's Government of Zhejiang, the conference theme is ?Intelligent Interconnection for Openness and Co-operation: Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace?.

Mr Yang will attend the opening ceremony and plenary session on Sunday, and speak at the Cross-Strait, Hong Kong & Macao Internet Development Forum.

Government Chief Information Officer Victor Lam will also attend the conference.
