HK, Finland tax treaty to start

The agreement between Hong Kong and Finland for the avoidance of double taxation will come into force on December 30, the Government announced today.

The agreement was signed in May.

It will have effect in Hong Kong for any year of assessment beginning on or after April 1, 2019.
