Link DetailsFS concludes Indonesia visit Financial Secretary Paul Chan met the senior management of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Bali today.
Mr Chan first called on Chief Executive of the ICMA Martin Scheck.
They exchanged views on the development of green investment and green finance in Hong Kong.
He then met Director of the Asia & Pacific Department of the IMF Changyong Rhee and updated him on the latest economic situation in Hong Kong.
They also discussed various topics including global economic growth.
Mr Chan also met Chief Operating Officer of the IFC Stephanie von Friedeburg.
He said he was pleased the IFC set up its regional office in Hong Kong, and hopes Hong Kong and the IFC can continue to forge closer co-operation in different fields, particularly green finance as well as infrastructure investment and financing. |
