Edward Yau visits Wan Chai

Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Edward Yau visited a school and a co-working space in Wan Chai today.

At Po Kok Primary School he was briefed on its support measures for non-Chinese speaking students.

He also watched a dance performance by students and viewed a demonstration of their STEM education projects at the school.

He then toured co-working space WeWork and spoke to startup entrepreneurs about their business plans.

Mr Yau said Invest Hong Kong holds regular events to help startups establish a business presence in Hong Kong and provides an investment matching platform for startups and investors.

Mr Yau later met Wan Chai District Councillors.
