Link Details$40b surplus recorded
The Government recorded a $40.1 billion surplus in June, the Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau announced today.
It saw expenditure of $40.6 billion and revenue of $80.7 billion during the month.
Government expenditure for the three months ending June 30 amounted to $110.5 billion, with revenues of $145.9 billion, bringing the cumulative year-to-date surplus of $35.4 billion.
Fiscal reserves stood at $989.1 billion as at June 30. |
