Link Details4 more COVID-19 deaths recorded
The Hospital Authority today announced that four COVID-19 patients have passed away, taking the number of COVID-19 patients who died in public hospitals to 42.
The 82-year-old female patient with chronic disease was admitted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital on July 9 due to fever and cough. Her condition continued to deteriorate and she succumbed at 5.29am.
Another 82-year-old female patient had a fever when she was taken to Prince of Wales Hospital's Accident & Emergency Department on July 19. Her condition deteriorated and she passed away at 3.10pm on August 3.
An 85-year-old male patient, who was announced as a confirmed case today, was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital on August 2. He passed away this afternoon.
Additionally, an 82-year-old male patient with chronic disease was admitted to Tuen Mun Hospital on July 28 due to fever. His condition deteriorated and he succumbed at 8.26pm. |
