Link Details$2.5b deficit recorded
The Government recorded a $2.5 billion deficit in July, the Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau announced today.
It saw expenditure of $35.9 billion and revenues of $33.4 billion during the month.
Government expenditure for the four months ending July 31 amounted to $146.4 billion, with revenues of $179.3 billion, bringing the cumulative year-to-date surplus to $32.9 billion.
Fiscal reserves stood at $986.6 billion as at July 31. |
